Fee Payment:

An automated payment method for all school fees is required to be setup upon acceptance.  This includes either direct debit, credit card or Centrelink.  Families can elect to pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly.  Please print, complete and return one of the following forms:

Bus Service

The College operates its own private bus service for use by students travelling to and from school and other College related activities such as excursions.  

Please note:  Most of our buses are currently at capacity.  If you require the College Bus Service, please complete and submit the online Bus Application Form as soon as possible. 

Creative Arts Program

In addition to classroom experiences in Drama, Music and Visual Art, the College offers an extensive extra-curricular Creative Arts Tutoring Program.  The program provides the opportunity for students to develop their creative talents further in individual and group lessons in Voice, Speech and Drama, Dance and a variety of instruments including strings, woodwind, brass, drums, guitar and piano.

ABV Care

ABV Care is a government accredited and licensed outside-of-school-hours program located off Bayswater Road adjacent to the College.  ABV Care offers Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care for all students in Townsville from Prep to Year 7.  For more information, visit the ABV Care website.

In the classroom, technology is used as an educational tool that supports and enhances our students’ learning journey.  As we continue on this journey and seek to meet the ever increasing demands technology has in Education, the College is committed to working towards each student having access to a device.

Year 7 Camp

Each year Calvary aim to hold a Year 7 Camp that UNITES the year level and also engages our students with activities and challenges.  The location of Camp is dependent on border closures and Covid-19 restrictions in place at the time.  More information will be sent to parents during the Year 7 commencement year for your child.

Daily Routine


Secondary students line up outside their roll call classroom at 8.25 am, school commences at 8.30 am.  Roll call lasts for 15 minutes and is an opportunity for our teachers to mark the roll, relay the daily messages and pray for our students.


Secondary students have a 30 minute break for morning tea and a 45 minute break for lunch.


Secondary students are dismissed from their final class of the day at 3 pm where they can proceed to their parents/guardians or bus service.


It is important that the College is notified if your child is going to be absent for the day, or a period of time.  To notify the College, please call the Absentee Hotline on 4722 9206 or email with your child’s full name and class details.
