COLLEGE RECEPTIONIST

Calvary is currently inviting applications to fill the term-time only position of College Receptionist, commencing 8 March 2021 upon successful application.

This role is responsible for presenting a highly professional and welcoming ‘face’ of Calvary Christian College and providing efficient administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and professional running of the College Office.

The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications and experience:

• Demonstrated relevant experience in an administration role
• Excellent customer service with developed communication and interpersonal skills including professional and compassionate complaints handling
• Demonstrated first aid experience and a current First Aid Certificate or the ability to obtain
• Demonstrated experience supporting a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent presentation and a mature and professional approach
• Proficient competency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Desktop publishing and social media experience is desirable but not essential
