Finding our Stride in Term 2...

As we settle into Week 4, it’s clear that despite the interrupted start to the term with public holidays, our College community has quickly found its rhythm. Classrooms are alive with focused learning, and it’s encouraging to see students and team fully engaged in the term’s goals.

The K–2 Fun Run and Years 3–12 Cross Country were absolute highlights in the past two weeks! Not only were they fantastic opportunities for physical activity and team spirit, but they also reflected the enthusiasm and participation that define our College culture. A huge thank you to Mrs Jackie Downes and the many staff and volunteers who worked behind the scenes to make these events such a success.

I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to every member of our team – teachers, support staff, admin, bus drivers, cleaners, IT gurus and grounds crew – who make Calvary Christian Education Group happen every single day. Your commitment doesn’t go unnoticed, and it's the reason our students experience a safe, consistent, and inspiring environment.

As we move forward, let’s remember: education is more than just learning facts. It’s about building character, fostering curiosity, and growing together in a community that is strong, respectful, and centred on what truly matters. When students feel safe, supported, and challenged, there’s no limit to what they can achieve.

Let’s keep going strong.
