A Season of Thanks and New Beginnings

As we come to the close of another school year, my heart is full of gratitude to God and to each of you—our families, team, and wider community. This year has carried its share of challenges and celebrations, and through it all we have seen God’s faithfulness so clearly at work among us.

“The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” (Psalm 126:3)

Thank you to our incredible team for your tireless commitment, love for our students, and faithful service. Thank you to our families for your trust, partnership, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout the year. Together, you have created a community marked by grace, resilience, and genuine care.

At Christmas, we pause to remember the humble miracle that changed everything—the birth of Jesus, our Saviour and Prince of Peace. In a world that can feel noisy and unsettled, we are reminded that God stepped into our humanity to bring hope, light, and new life.

“For unto us a child is born… and he will be called Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6).

As we look ahead to 2026, I am excited to be stepping back into the role of Deputy Principal, and we warmly welcome our new Principal, Mr Paul Thompson, who will be leading the College into its next season. I do this with a grateful heart for the journey so far, deep confidence in God’s plans for our future, and great excitement for what lies ahead under new leadership.

May this season be one of rest, joy, and renewed faith for your families. On behalf of the Calvary Education Group, I wish you a blessed Christmas and a safe, refreshing holiday break. We look forward with hope and expectation to all that God has prepared for the year ahead.

With gratitude and Christmas blessings,

Mrs Robyn Hair
