MyCalvary Parent Portal FAQ

Q. What is the web address for MyCalvary Parent Portal?

A. The Calvary Christian College Parent portal address is: https://my.calvary.qld.edu.au  
 
Q. Can I use the MyCalvary App on my smartphone to update my details?

A. You may update your personal details using the MyCalvary App on your phone. You will find the link to ‘Update my details’ under ‘LINKS” on the home page.

Q. I’ve never used the MyCalvary Parent Portal before. How do I get my username and password?

A. On Thursday 14th April, 2022 an email was sent out to parents/guardians with their username and directions to log on and manage your password.
 
Q. I did not receive an email with my username and password, how do I login?

A. Please complete a request for assistance via our Service Request Form to get your username and ensure that your correct email address is on file with the College. 

Q. I can’t remember my username?
A. Visit the MyCalvary Parent Portal and enter the username in the following format firstname.lastname@mycalvary.com.au, then enter the password emailed to you in the communication from the College on April 14th,2022. There are a few rare instances where the username is modified - if this username format does not work for you, please submit a Service Request Form

Q. I can’t remember my password?
A. Visit the MyCalvary Parent Portal  and click on the link labelled “Forgotten my Password?” . Enter the characters shown on the page, click NEXT, select the type of authentication you would like to receive (email, message), enter the verification code you received, click NEXT, enter your new password, confirm your new password then select FINISH. If you experience any issues, please submit a Service Request Form  

Q. I no longer have access to my email address on file with the school and so I cannot reset my password
A. Please contact the College Front Reception (4722 9201 OR admin@calvary.qld.edu.au) office to update your email address on our College database

Q. Can I change my password?
A. Yes, once you have logged on to your MyCalvary parent account you are able to register for Self-Service Password reset. Access the Parent Portal Guide for detailed instructions.

Q. What happens if I change my email address?
A. It is very important for the MyCalvary Parent Portal to have your correct email address. It is used by the “Forgot Username” and “Forgot Password” processes. Once you have logged in you can view and update many of your details including your email address through the Parent Services tab on the dashboard. Once an email address has changed, the College will be notified and the change accepted. Alternatively, contact the College Front Reception (4722 9201 OR admin@calvary.qld.edu.au) office to update your email address on our College database.

Q. I have multiple children in the College. Can I have access to all their accounts under just one username and password?
A. Yes, MyCalvary Parent Portal Single Sign On allows parents to have access to all of their children’s accounts from just one username and password. Follow the instructions in the MyCalvary Parent Portal Guide to learn how to navigate your dashboard.

Q. Can each parent/guardian in the family have their own login to MyCalvary Parent Portal?
A. Yes. Parent accounts were created for all parents/carers listed on our database and linked to each student. If there are any concerns, please contact the College through the Service Request Form so we can assist.

Q. Can other people see my child’s grades and information?
A. As long as you protect your password, others will not be able to see your child’s information, and you cannot see any other student information.
